CDG: Interventions and follow-up definitions (feedback request)

In the context of AUCDI Release 2 and Chronic Disease Management, Sparked is seeking feedback on the following proposed definitions for Interventions, Follow-up, Recalls and Reminders.

This is a short round of feedback which will be further discussed at 23 January 2025 Clinical Design Group (CDG) meeting.
