Join the community of clinicians, software developers, vendors, jurisdictions and health informaticians to discuss AU Patient Summary including workflows, explore requirements for Reason for Encounter and Encounter summary information and explore how Patient Summary can support transitions of care including Ambulance and Emergency Department on Day 1, and workshops to explore how to support AU Core R2 and AU Patient Summary R2 requirements in FHIR.
